Change of Administrator
In May 2018, our own in-house administration team took over the Scheme’s pension administration services from Accenture.
The role of the Administrator includes calculating and paying benefits when they are due, dealing with requests to transfer-out of the Scheme, providing members with information about their benefits and helping them with any queries they might have.
The administration service continues to be provided from our Chesterfield office and we will strive to maintain and improve the professional service our members deserve and expect.
If you have any feedback you would like to share regarding any experiences you have had since the transition we would be delighted to hear from you.
Over the next 12 months we will also be reviewing how we communicate with you and see what improvements can be made to how we explain certain pension topics to you the members.
We recently undertook a survey of members to help us understand how the service provided by our administration team should evolve.
The survey highlighted a number of positives, but it was also clear that there are areas we can improve, such as how clear and understandable our communications are with members. We are determined to address these areas over the next year and beyond as we aim to provide our members with the best possible service.
